The Best Jazz of Indeed, while I began reading this book with an eye towards similarities with Superman, before I was finished it was clear that much more was going on here. Dan’s review is here: Return to Book Page. Be a decent human being with real moral, and through empathy suffer as you watch blindness of people and evil they do in it. It made you into a different tissue from the weak fibre of ordinary people.
Aug 15, Oliver rated it it was amazing. All of the pathos that Zack Snyder tried to summon up in Man of Steel seems lifted right from these pages. The story concerns a scientist who invents an “alkaline free-radical” serum to “improve” humankind by granting the proportionate strength of an ant gladiatoe the leaping ability of the grasshopper. Can you understand that?
